      • Service Tax as applicable shall be extra

      • Installation and monthly rental will not be charged for ISDN BRA connection subscribed. However, normal  Telephone Call charge will be levied as applicable.

      • Fixed IP address will be assigned for this backup access

      • Dial backup access will be permitted only from the subscribed ISDN connection (CLI restriction)

      • For ISDN back up customer has to make his own provision to detect the status of Internet leased line and originate the dial up connection whenever the leased line is out of order.

      • It will be customer's responsibility in entirety to control the usage of ISDN dial back up connection.

      • No email space will be provided

      • No discount on Internet package shall be available during Sundays and National Holidays.

      • For availing this service customer has to apply in the prescribed application form along with the prescribed payment, as above. Customer also has to apply for the IP address assignment in the prescribed application form. Customer also has to apply for  ISDN BRA connection separately.

      • Call Charges and Internet access charges viz. for accessing Sancharnet ( BSNL Internet node) shall be "NIL".

      • The calls other then call to Sancharnet, including voice calls and calls to other Internet nodes etc. shall be charges on usual call tariff.

      • All other charges like registration, ARD (Security deposit), Installation and testing charges, call charges will be as per the prevailing rates.

      • No volume or any other discounts shall be applicable on the the connection provided.

      • Conversion of existing ISDN BRI connection under this scheme is permitted.

      • Account shall be valid for one month only.

      • Creation shall be with a fixed CLI.

      • On line cut off facility shall be invoked.

      • One User ID  per Package .

      • One simultaneous logins per User ID.

      • CLI Restriction ,Two telephone number, for Broadband-ISDN-256Kbps and One telephone number, for Broadband-ISDN-128 Kbps, is applicable.

      • ISDN BRI rental is extra.

    • Service Tax as applicable will be extra.

    • Validity for both the packages is one month from the date of creation of account.

    • Maximum 5000, 10000, 25000 and 50000 SMS are allowed in SMS-Bronze, SMS-Silver, SMS-Gold and SMS-Platinum package respectively, in one month. If more SMS are required to be sent the account can be renewed anytime.

    • As per tariff circular SMS will be charged @ Rs.0.20, @ Rs.0.18, @ Rs. 0.15 and 0.13 per SMS in SMS-Bronze, SMS-Silver, SMS-Gold and SMS-Platinum package respectively.
    • The dialup account for these packages are normal PSTN dialup account with one email id of 20 Mb mail quota.
    • Billing for dialup access using account of these packages will be done @Rs. 5/- per hour.
    • These packages are created as PSTN package only. Therefore if the account is used for PSTN dialup access it will be billed @ Rs. 5/- per hour. In that case the permitted number of SMS will be reduced accordingly. For example if the account of SMS-Silver package is used for PSTN dialup access for one hour, the account balance will be reduced by 3600 seconds and the subscriber will now be allowed to send only 9972 SMS in the remaining validity period of the account. In the same way if SMS-Gold package is used for browsing one hour then only 24967 SMS can be sent in the remaining validity period of the package.

    • Subscriber of these packages will be provided a software application free of charge for sending bulk SMS. This software can be downloaded from http://sancharnet.in/BulkSMS/BulkSMS.html

      NOTE : Due to Technical Reasons it is not possible to send SMS from Sancharnet Email to any of the mobile numbers starting with 93* and all CDMA numbers.

    ACCOUNT RENEWAL AND DELETION POLICY

      • Account Renewal Policy

      • Account can be renewed any time before expiry or within 12 weeks of expiry unless the account is deleted

      • Customer can renew account with any package of his choice.

      • Account is treated as expired on the occurrence of earlier of the following conditions:
        (a) Account balance is exhausted (b) Expiry Date is reached.

      • In case of advance renewal, renewal takes effect automatically after the expiry of the account.

      • At the time of renewal new balance and expiry date as per the balance and duration prescribed in Sancharnet Tariff for the package chosen is fixed from the time renewal is effected.

      • Remaining balance at the time of expiry of any account, if any will not be added to the balance of the renewed package. 

      • Account Deletion Policy

      • In case the account is not renewed within 12 weeks from the actual expiry date, the same will be permanently deleted and the User ID/Email ID can be allotted to any other customer on first come first serve basis.

      • Account is treated as expired on the date of occurrence of earlier of the following conditions:
        (a) Account balance is exhausted (b) Expiry Date is reached.
